Defective or Incorrect Items:

• In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team. We will require relevant details and supporting evidence, such as photographs or videos, to assess the issue. If the defect or error is verified, we will provide you with a replacement item or issue a refund.

Preorders:

• For items available for preorder, please note that they will ship within 3 to 6 weeks from the date of purchase. The estimated shipping time is mentioned on the product page. In case of any unforeseen delays, we will notify you promptly via email or any other contact information provided during the purchase process.

Cancellations:

• Once an order has been placed for a preorder item, cancellations are not allowed. If you wish to cancel a preorder before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will review your request, and if cancellation is feasible, we will issue a refund in accordance with our refund policy. If accepted, a 20% restocking fee of the item refunded will be applied.

Refund Policy:
